All orders ship free.
Standard free shipping uses USPS First Ground Advantage® Package Service.
Expedited shipping uses USPS Priority Mail® Service or USPS Priority Mail Express®
All orders are shipped with tracking.
We may at our discretion ship with USPS Priority Mail® Service Expedited.
We may at our discretion ship with signature confirmation delivery. This will require an adult signature upon delivery.
We may at our discretion use shipping carriers other than USPS.
Shipping Time
USPS Ground Advantage® Package Service 2-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail® Service 2-3 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express® 1-2 business days
Shipping times are estimates based on a ship to address within the continental US. Shipping times are not guaranteed by the USPS or by Serpico Performance LLC.
Handling Time
We strive to ship orders the same day or next business day. If we experience a large amount of orders the handling time could be longer. Our website allows you to place a backorder. When backordering a product the handling time could be longer. Handling times are not guaranteed. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order we will contact you.
Restrictions
We DO NOT ship outside the USA 50 States.
We have shipping restrictions set up with our site to block orders from outside the country. If you are using a VPN it may still allow you to place an order. DO NOT attempt to place an order if you are outside the USA 50 States. If we receive an order with a ship to address outside the USA 50 States it will be cancelled and a 5% processing fee will be applied to the refund. This applies to all US Territories and Protectorates including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Returned Shipments
If your order is returned to sender because of a wrong address, no forwarding address, or failure to pick up after a delivery attempt was made your order will be inspected for damage. ( damaged orders will be refused ) After inspection your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a 15% processing/restocking fee. Please make sure the address you provide is correct, current, and complete.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation is delivery confirmation. When packages are scanned as delivered they are considered to be delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are delivered. Please allow up to 3 days after a delivery scan for a package to arrive. USPS commonly scans packages as delivered days ahead of actual delivery. Please contact your local post office regarding missing packages that are scanned as delivered. We are unable to see any more information than you can with regards to the tracking information. Once a package is scanned as delivered it is considered to be in your possession and is completely your responsibility from that point forward. Thank you for understanding.
Signature Confirmation
We offer signature confirmation as an extra cost option if you want the package delivered to your door with an adult signature required. If you have had packages stolen from your mailbox before this is wise insurance. We may at our descretion ship with signature confirmation delivery if we perceive any risks that necessitate it. If we opt for signature confirmation it will be at no extra cost to you.
